You just need to heat the air fryer first. Cut each chicken breast into two thin pieces. Use a bowl and mix all ingredients like (egg & flour, panko & parmesan, lemon zest, orengo, Cayenne pepper and chicken breasts ) . Apply the mixture over chicken, spray oil on the fryer tray using oil.
But remember do not overlap the pieces , but place them separately. Flip once halfway until it is fully cooked. You can also use leftover dishes like sandwiches or salads. Stuffed chicken breast is made of 3 types of cheese, spinach & sun dried tomatoes. You can change the ingredients and can use mushrooms or bacon instead of spinach.
First, cook spinach & garlic in a pan until it softens, then cool it properly before mixing. Mix all the ingredients like cheese, spinach , tomatoes and herbs) in a bowl and make it ready.
Using a knife, make a cut in chicken breast. Add the cheese mixture inside the pocket and apply spices(salt, pepper, and paprika outside the breast. Fry both sides of the chicken for 2/3 minutes in a pan until it turns golden brown.
After frying, bake the chicken in the oven for 17 minutes , when it is fully cooked. You can serve this dish with mashed potatoes & roasted green beans. If you plan to prepare this recipe next time, keep the raw stuffed chicken sealed in the fridge for up to 2 days. When you wanna make it before cooking, remove the chicken from the fridge & let it for 20 minutes so it is not too cold when you start cooking.

My secret method is to cover the pan while cooking. If your pan does not have a lid, use foil to cover it. It keeps chicken moist and soft. You can use chicken breasts or thighs for this recipe. I suggest you make chicken pieces flat & even by lightly beating them. It helps chicken cook evenly everywhere. Use avocado oil, it handles high heat and cooks it better. Use spices like chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and black pepper. You can soak or marinate your chicken in a sauce of spices.
How To Cook Chicken Using a Skillet Recipe?
1. Get a big fan with a lid ready.
2. Use foil if your pan does not have a lid.
3. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken when you get it out from the fridge.
4. Use 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt per chicken breast.
5. Mix all spices mentioned above in this recipe and generously apply over chicken.
6. Put oil in the pan and heat it.
7. When you see oil is shimmery or shining it is ready
8. Fry the chicken without a lid until it turns light brown.
9. Turn the chicken over , lower the heat and pour a little water or chicken both.
10. Now cover the pan , it gets more moisture inside.
11. Cook the chicken for 10/15 minutes at 165 fahrenheit.
12. Move the chicken to a plate and loosely cover it so it stays warm.
13. Wait 5 minutes , so the juices remain inside. Then cut it and serve with sauce and lemon slices.

Boneless chicken recipe is less effortive. It works for beginners and never fails. This pan cooked is recommended if your chicken comes out dry. You can use chicken thighs or breasts for this recipe. Use a rolling pin to flat the chicken meat. Before cooking use some amount of oil in the pan.
